Passion for people and light
My name is Wojtek Cieplik. I spent over 20 years in a variety of functions from a start-up through small, mid-size company to a multinational corporation. Throughout my career I developed broad knowledge and high competencies in working in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and diverse working environments.
Last 15+ years I worked in the Lighting industry along the entire value chain from raw materials for LED optics through optical plastic sheets, L1-L2 LED emitters and L3 LED modules with interfaces to analogue, digital and wireless control protocols to light fittings and lighting systems.
My heart beats for fellow humans, the human-centric lighting, energy efficiency and circular economy.
