Wojtek Cieplik
Twenty years across the lighting value chain.
Polish-born, based in Berlin. Educated in Katowice, first corporate job in Warsaw. Then Leverkusen, Tielt, San Jose, Munich, Berlin. From optical materials and LED packages to modules, fixtures, specification sales and country leadership. That range matters because market problems rarely respect organisational boundaries. Bayer, LED Engin, ams OSRAM, Luxon LED. Since 2024: LightGrow Consulting.
I have never been particularly useful as a spectator. When a market, team or role becomes difficult, I want to understand what is really happening and help carry the problem through to a decision. That sometimes means challenging the original brief. It always means being clear about what I see.
